Smithsonian Staff Provides Training to AAST Students
Four members of the Smithsonian Institution's Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage came to the Stamp Student Center on October 6 to train AAST students in the strategies and techniques of conducting oral histories of local Asian Pacific American community leaders. Curtis Chin Kicks Off AAST Distinguished Lecture Series
Curtis Chin, a writer, producer, and political activist based in Los Angeles, California, spoke at the Stamp Center last night about his life as an online and offline community activist.
