Giving Day Success! Asian American Studies Program Thanks Supporters
The Asian American Studies Program would like to thank all those who made a gift during Giving Day 2020! This year, supporters of the Program gave to three funds: The Asian American Studies Fund ($2,200), The Juanita Tamayo Lott Endowment in Asian American Studies ($5,190), and the Major General Antonio Taguba Profiles in Courage and Leadership Endowment Fund ($190).
A total of 54 donors gave to Asian American Studies this year, eclipsing its 2019 Giving Day total of 11 donors. Additionally, through your help, AAST won the dean’s challenge for ‘beating their best’ from last year, the University-wide social media challenge, and claimed other matching funds throughout the day.
